Connect IoT Founded
Connect IoT is founded on 1 April 2022, providing easy-to-use IoT sensors and solutions to help businesses optimise processes across agriculture, industry, and smart buildings.
Hexaspot Acquired
In October 2023, the group takes over Hexaspot, a dedicated IoT hardware distribution and sales channel bringing devices to market across multiple verticals.
Cosmos IoT Activities Acquired
The group takes over the activities of Cosmos IoT — including its extensive network of deployed LoRaWAN gateways — significantly expanding the group’s network infrastructure and IoT portfolio.
EdgePilot Launches
EdgePilot launches with managed LoRaWAN gateway services, simplifying gateway deployment and management for organisations.
Trackpac & Chirpcloud Acquired
Connect IoT Group acquires Trackpac and its Chirpcloud brand, adding an IoT sensor management dashboard and managed LoRaWAN Network Server hosting to the portfolio.
Connect IoT Group Formed
The holding company is officially established, unifying all portfolio brands under one roof with a shared vision for end-to-end IoT.
WiFind Launches
WiFind launches, bringing WiFi fingerprinting-based positioning that works both indoors and outdoors and adding location and mapping capabilities to the Connect IoT Group ecosystem.
WeIoT Launches
The group launches WeIoT, its own LoRaWAN hardware manufacturing arm, marking a move into end-to-end device design and production.
